A registered vehicle must be sold with a RWC (Road Worthy Certificate). RWC are a requirement of the Victorian government and only licensed vehicle testers can issue a RWC.
Located in the heart of Hawthorn we make life easier by picking and dropping off your vehicle if you live locally. alternatively we have free loan cars available.
